​How Do I Place An Order?


Adding items to your shopping basket - You can add an item to your shopping bag by opening the product page of the item you are considering, entering the quantity (and size if required) you would like to purchase and clicking on the add to cart button. This will add the product to your shopping bag,

Your shopping basket page - Your shopping bag contains all the items you have added to your order. You can get to your shopping bag by clicking on the image of the basket in the top right corner of the site. Your shopping bag shows the product you have added, the price of each items and the total price of all your items. Once on your shopping bag you can change the quantity of products you have added and remove products.

Checking out - Once you are satisfied with the items in your shopping basket you can choose to continue shopping or checkout to arrange delivery and pay for your order. To checkout simply click the checkout button and you will be shown a page for you to enter your billing and delivery address details.

Taking payment - After you have entered your details and clicked buy one you will be asked to select to pay using your credit/debit card or PayPal. You will then be taken to the Payment Gateway Page, This is a secure webpage that will ask you to select the type of debit/credit card you would like to use and then enable you to enter your debit/credit card details. Once you have completed entering your details and confirmed the payment you will be returned to the Yorkshire's Brain Tumour Charity Online Shop and shown an order confirmation page with your order number. This order number will also be sent to you in an email.

Payment and Delivery Costs?


We charge a postage and packing fee to cover costs of sending you your products, this allows more money to go towards funding research, support and grants for people living with, or affected by, a brain tumour in Yorkshire.

All orders over £30 are FREE

Please allow 10 working days for your order to be processed and delivered to you.

Returns & Refunds?

For online shop purchases, we offer a limited-period "no quibble" returns policy, so you can buy safe in the knowledge that you can return your goods for a refund, should you wish to do so. 

The period which you can return your items is 28 days. Items must be returned in original condition to: YBTC Online Shop, 31 Otley Road, Headingley, Leeds LS6 3AA.

Please note that the above does not apply to Charity Gifts because these count as a donation rather than a purchase, under Charity Commission rules we are unable to offer you a refund.

Why can't I complete my order?

If you are having trouble completing your order, it may be because there are technical issues with our website or with our payment provider. If you would like help completing your order please call 0113 340 0111 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Are your products ethically sourced?

We work closely with out suppliers to ensure that all of the products we sell have been sourced ethically.

Why does Yorkshire's Brain Tumour Charity have an online shop?

We sell products that we hope our supporters would like to buy, in order to support YBTC, and to help them with other things they are doing with the charity. 

All of the profits from your order will contribute to research, support and patient grants.
