RSPB St Aidan's Nature Park, RSPB St Aidan's Nature Park, Astley Ln, Leeds LS26 8AL, UK
Led by our support team, these walks are open to all adults affected by a brain tumour (including patients, carers and loved ones). You will be taken on a leisurely, low-level walk for around 1-1.5 hours.
We will meet near the the RSPB hut at the entrance to the reserve. From here we will take a stroll around the reserve, the paths are generally flat, well maintained and suitable for all. Any members of your party who would prefer not to take part in the walk are welcome to stay with one of our support team and enjoy a chat and a drink.
Hopefully the weather will be kind, so why not bring a picnic? We are unable to book tables or a room at St Aidan's so we thought everyone could bring a picnic with them and we will provide the drinks. There are benches and picnic tables available on site.
