Wellbeing Walk - Saltaire and Salts Mill

Led by our support team, these walks are open to all adults affected by a brain tumour (including patients, carers and loved ones).  You will be taken on a leisurely, low-level walk for around 1-1.5 hours.

We will meet at the entrance to Salts Mill. Please park in Salts Mill Visitors carpark on Salts Mill Road, Saltaire, Shipley BD18 3HU

Parking is FREE.

The main walk itself is a circular walk from Salts Mill over the river and canal through Roberts Park

and along the River Aire, returning along the canal towpath. This is a 2.75 mile flat walk taking

around 1.5hrs
