Wellbeing Walk - Harrogate Valley Gardens

Led by our support team, these walks are open to all adults affected by a brain tumour (including patients, carers and loved ones). You will be taken on a leisurely, low-level walk for around 1-1.5 hours.

We will meet at The Crowne Plaza Hotel. From Here we will take a 10 minute stroll to the Valley Gardens and enjoy around 1 hour there. The route there is downhill and the paths there and in the gardens are well maintained. There are some inclines/declines en route and in the gardens. Any members of your party who would prefer not to take part in the walk are welcome to stay with one of our support team and enjoy a chat and a drink.

We will all meet back at The Crowne Plaza hotel, where we cannot reserve tables, but have been made welcome to use the bar facilities on the ground floor there. While we are at the hotel some of our YBTC volunteers are abseiling down the outside of the building and we may be lucky to see them in action and cheer them on.
