If the door is locked, please ring the doorbell next to the door. Please click here for further directions and a map. Parking is available in the Ridings Shopping Centre on Almhouse Lane.
About the group Laura, who leads the group, says: "We know that you don't 'get over' losing a loved one. Though you can learn to live with it, at times, for different reasons, the painful feelings of grief can flare back up. The early stages of grief can blindside you, and sometimes leave you thinking you are 'going mad'. "Wherever you are in your grief journey, the more support you can access, the more healthy the grieving process can be. Everybody grieves differently, and even with a good support network or close family, your grief can feel incredibly isolating. "This group is an opportunity to support and be supported, and hopefully feel that isolation reduce as a result. And it's not all doom and gloom - humour can be an incredibly powerful tonic."
