We’re bringing you 8 hours of different dance styles to keep you moving:
10-10:50am – Disco Freestyle
11-11:50am – Latin Dance Fitness
12-12:50pm – Swing
1-1:50pm – Hip Hop/Street
2-2:50pm – Stroll
3-3:50pm – Salsa
4-4:50pm – Yoga
5-6pm – Old Skool Disco
You can join us in-person OR virtually as we’ll be live-streaming our 8-hour sponsored dance challenge!
Whatever your age, ability or disability; this event is all-inclusive and open to everyone. Even if you can't join in for the whole 8 hours, we want you to get involved!
